It is very imperative to know what qualities they take into consideration. So, to share what we have learned, we decided to write a book on interview procedures.

In general, the social stereotype of spiritualism is something that should be pursued in the late 50s. If young minds are introduced to spiritualism and can enjoy the taste of it, they tend to be more efficient in the works they do. The interactive sessions which we have organised through Entrepreneurship Cell (E-cell) brought many opportunities for us. Shravan sir shared a real life example of rich business person who writes three thousand letters every year and he is doing it for past 9 months. This is when we decided to see beauty in others, appreciate others and show them gratitude. This project is a disruption within. When we express gratitude and receive the same, our brain releases hormones which makes us feel good, enhance our mood immediately and makes us feel happy from inside.
